These terms establish the corporate governance guidelines for using the Affynk platform. Creating an account or managing business files on our network confirms your agreement to these operational policies.
01. Corporate Agreement & Acceptance
By accessing the services provided at Affynk.com or managing professional documents through our platform, you explicitly confirm that your organization has read, understood, and agreed to this commercial contract. If you are establishing an account on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or other business entity, you represent that you hold the legal executive authority to bind that commercial entity to these terms under the rules of Indian corporate governance.

03. Automated Analysis & Data Processing Consent
To provide granular page-by-page tracking and executive summaries, Affynk acts as a Data Fiduciary processing business information based on explicit user direction. In full compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, you retain absolute ownership over all underlying business files, and your authorization for data tracking can be modified or revoked through your workspace settings panel at any time.

05. Liability Boundaries & Jurisdiction
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian commercial laws, Affynk disclaims all structural liability for indirect or consequential losses, business interruptions, or deal drop-offs resulting from minor styling discrepancies in your proposal dashboards or local internet routing disruptions.
These terms are explicitly governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or litigation arising out of platform use shall be subject to the exclusive legal jurisdiction of the courts located at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
06. Statutory Grievance Redressal Mechanisms
In strict compliance with Section 5(9) of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Intermediary Guidelines under the Information Technology Act, any discrepancy, customer tracking issue, or data usage complaint can be officially escalated to our appointed Grievance Desk.
