Terms of Service

These terms establish the corporate governance guidelines for using the AFFYNK platform. Creating an account or managing business files on our network confirms your agreement to these operational policies.

01. Agreement & Acceptance Protocol

By accessing AFFYNK.com or managing professional documents through our platform, you confirm that your organization has read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you are establishing an account on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you hold the authority to bind that entity to these policies.

02. Legal Frameworks & eSign Boundaries

AFFYNK maintains document transaction workflows structurally aligned with key regional commercial execution guidelines:

Information Technology Act, 2000

Our system transaction logs and identification tracking metrics serve as an electronic audit trail under Section 65B of the Indian Evidence Act.

Stamp Duty Requirements

Users acknowledge that physical or electronic Stamp Duty under the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 must be managed independently where mandatory.

Statutory Exceptions Notice: Certain legal instruments (such as real estate deeds, powers of attorney, trusts, and wills) cannot be executed electronically under Section 1(4) of the IT Act.

03. Automated Analysis & Data Processing

To provide tracking telemetry and page analytics, AFFYNK processes business information based on explicit user direction. In compliance with the DPDP Act, 2023, you retain absolute ownership over all business files, and your data preferences can be revoked at any time.

04. Prohibited Account Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from participating in the following activities on our platform:

Uploading Harmful Content: Knowingly distributing files containing malware, viruses, or fraudulent identity scripts.
Infrastructure Abuse: Utilizing high-velocity bots or scrapers to crawl system data or strain network resources beyond normal usage.
Identity Fraud: Dispatching proposals or tracking logs using falsified company parameters or unauthorized corporate identities.

05. Liability Boundaries & Jurisdiction

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian laws, AFFYNK disclaims liability for indirect or consequential losses resulting from local internet disruptions or minor third-party styling discrepancies.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of platform use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

06. Statutory Grievance Redressal

In compliance with the DPDP Act, 2023 and IT Act Intermediary Guidelines, data usage inquiries or account disputes can be escalated to our designated Grievance Cell:
