Work email addresses, organization profiles, GSTIN details, and secure login credentials used exclusively for authorized account access.
Telemetry & Transaction Tracking
Recipient interaction logs, regional indicators, browser user-agent parameters, and execution time tracking compiled strictly for legally binding audit logs.
02. Intelligence Isolation
Our internal telemetry models process uploaded proposal materials strictly to generate real-time engagement metrics and document status summaries for your workspace.
Zero Public Model Training
Your proprietary proposal documents, financial decks, and contract terms are never used to train or refine public AI or machine learning models.
Isolated Customer Telemetry
All generated analytics metrics, slide view heatmaps, and eSignature timestamps remain completely private and accessible only to your account.
03. Security & Data Localization
All business files are encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256. Platform personnel have no visibility into your raw proposal content.
In compliance with Indian data sovereignty guidelines, all database records and agreement assets reside explicitly inside enterprise cloud hubs located in Mumbai, India.
05. Record Retention & Deletion
In accordance with your rights under Section 6 of the DPDP Act 2023, you retain full ownership over your data lifespan:
Active Workspace Duration
All proposals, analytics history, and signed contracts are retained securely as long as your workspace account remains active.
Permanent Purge Protocols
Upon account deletion or explicit consent withdrawal, all stored documents and audit records are permanently purged from primary storage within 30 days.
